These are private sessions with only your group of up to 4 people.
All classes start out with 3 separate triangulations of coffee. We talk about the the coffees in a qualitative grading format. This part of the class is akin to a massage therapist’s intake form - we can better understand how to most effectively engage with you, and tailor our approach, based on your responses.
We’ll spend 3 hours in a formal cafe setting, open only to us, focusing on what you’re most interested in. Every attendee will receive, and have their choice of, a 250g bag of coffee (whole bean or ground) and a small coffee notebook to record your favorite cups that also outlines industry-standard terms of tasting and brewing coffee, as well as the steps to professionally grade a coffee.
