These pop ups were born from necessity. This was the original purpose of quickly forming Emergency Barista Network, and it’s retail arm, K St. Coffee. While the businesses aim is to provide support to Baristas and Cafes in our local area, the purpose of it will always be to support Palestinians and others being effected by injustices.

From March until the first day of summer of 2026, we were regularly on the corner, in the parking lots, at the events, and in the shops to raise money and awarness for the Palestinian people.

Because of our passion & experience with coffee, paired with direct ties to families who have been deeply affected by the war on Palestinians, we did the only thing we knew we could do: serve amazing coffees to raise funds for those who need our help most.

Through our efforts and the city’s support, we were able to raise over $11,000 for the Rammun Foundation, which directly supports a village in Gaza by supplying essential needs like food, water, clothes and shelter.
