A modern marvel, released in 2013 with later updates which added WiFi connectivity, this grinder is rare to see in the wild, though always welcome. With 71mm flat burrs, low rpm (420-500), a belt-driven transmission, and dual-fan cooling system, the Mazzer Kold S does everything to keep your grind chamber cool and your shots, consistent.

In practice, this grinder is large, at 27 1/2” tall and 19” deep and is most suited for high volume cafes that need to keep coffee quality in their scopes, no matter the weather or wear during peak rush. Surprisingly quiet due to low RPM grinding, the Kold is as much a quality-driver as a showpiece.
